Description
Jacqueline Kacprzak represents the Polish OECD National Contact Point for Responsible Business Conduct at the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy of the Republic of Poland. She holds a PhD in Sociology and is a recognized expert in business and human rights, responsible business conduct, sustainability reporting, and due diligence standards. Over the past several years, she has worked extensively on RBC policies at both national and international levels, engaging with OECD, EU, and UN initiatives. She represents Poland in the OECD Working Party on RBC and served as a member of its Bureau from 2017 to 2025.
Dr Kacprzak is a frequent moderator and speaker at international conferences, workshops, and policy dialogues on RBC and BHR. She lectures at several leading Polish universities and also serves as Director of the Human Rights Centre at Civitas University where she leads one of Poland's pioneering educational programmes dedicated to business and human rights.
