Description

Anne-Catherine Cudennec has been employed since 1989 by the Airbus Group and began her career as a translator and interpreter, then a documentalist and finally head of technology watch at the Airbus Group's Research Centre. At the same time, her trade union involvement has enabled her to hold various trade union mandates. From 2004 she carried out trade union activities at the national level, first as Vice-President of the CFE-CGC Aeronautics, Space and Defense union and then at the Metallurgy Federation. Elected until June 2019 as National Secretary for Europe and International Affairs of the CFE-CGC Metallurgy Federation, she represented her federation on the executive committees of the IndustriALL European Trade Union and IndustriALL Global Union, where from 2012 to 2019 she has co-chaired the White Collar Committee. At the CFE-CGC Confederation, elected since 2013, she monitors the negotiations of all European and international agreements and the establishment of European works councils. A member of the National Consultative Commission for Human Rights since 2013, she also represents CFE-CGC on the Social Dialogue Committee for European and International Affairs attached to the Ministry of Labour, within the French National Contact Point of the OECD for responsible business conduct, and is vice-chair of the WG on Multinationals within the Trade Union Advisory Committee to the OECD. Elected for the 3rd time as National Secretary for Europe, International and Human Rights at the 39th Congress of the CFE-CGC on 11 June 2026, she is a member of the Confederal Executive Bureau.
