Biography

Martin Duggan – Social Program Transformation Advisor Martin’s career has focused on transforming social security and social services organisations. He has undertaken leadership roles in major transformation projects in Canada, the USA, the UK and Australia and advised on projects across Europe and Asia. Martin has a background in social programs, management consulting and software having worked for the UK Government, the Canadian Federal Government, the US Federal Government, IBM, and Curam Software. He has authored a variety of white papers on Social Security Transformation and is a regular conference speaker. He is currently a Non-Executive Member of the UK Department for Work and Pensions Transformation Advisory Committee, a board member of the Stewards of Change (a US think tank on Human Services data integration), and Chairs the board at Augintel (a USA based company specialising in the use of AI for Child Welfare organisations).
