Biography
Paula is a Trust & Safety, Product Policy, and Compliance professional with over a decade of experience shaping safety strategies at some of the world's most prominent technology platforms. Over the course of her career she has held global Trust & Safety and Product Policy roles at Meta, Reddit, and Google, where she developed policies and processes that balance user safety, innovation, and regulatory responsibility.
She brings deep expertise in the major regulatory frameworks now reshaping the digital landscape, including the EU Digital Services Act and the UK Online Safety Act, and has advised emerging technology companies and growing platforms on strengthening their Trust & Safety strategies and compliance frameworks. At Tremau, Paula leads project teams and advises clients on building effective Trust & Safety strategies, designing scalable solutions, and navigating evolving compliance requirements.
Paula holds a Master's in European Law and certifications in AI policy, ethics, and digital regulation.
