Description

Emma Raiteri is a Policy Analyst working in the OECD’s Private Finance for Sustainable Development team. Here, her work has focused on various topics related to blended finance – with a particular focus on how donor support can increase issuances of green, social, sustainability and sustainability-linked bonds in developing countries. Her other areas of focus include financing climate change adaptation and biodiversity, and the role of data and transparency in increasing investments towards emerging markets. Prior to joining the OECD, Emma worked in a leading strategy and communications consulting firm, focusing on sustainability. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations at the London School of Economics in the UK, and her Master’s degree in Sustainability and International Management at Sciences Po Paris in France.
