Description
Kim Leitz graduated from University Carlos III – ULB-IEE in International Relations and Law, with a strong focus on international development and climate diplomacy. Prior to the OECD, she was at the Permanent Mission of Spain at the UN, the GIZ and the Delegation to the European Union to the OECD, working on financing for development. These experiences triggered her passion for development cooperation, guarantees, blended finance, and multilateral partnerships.
