Description
Richard Baudin is the Global Head of Specialty Risk Consulting & Marsh Ukraine Lead, driving the strategy of the risk consulting, analytics and claims solutions team with Marsh global Specialty Practices. He is a member of the Global Specialty Executive Team at Marsh.
He advises large and complex corporations and institutions on their risk financing and risk management strategies, and in managing their emerging risks. He supports companies across industries with a particular focus on Energy & Power, Infrastructure and Construction, Mining, Marine & Logistics, and Financial Institutions. He regularly speaks at conferences and client events, and presents the WEF Global Risk Report for Marsh McLennan on its annual launch.
He leads Marsh group engagement in Ukraine supporting private and public organizations with de-risking solutions and strategic consultancy to support transformation agenda. He works closely with government officials in Ukraine, Europe and US to support current economic challenges and prepare Ukraine reconstruction.
Richard has held senior positions in Insurance and Banking within Marsh, General Electric Capital and Willis Towers Watson. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
