Enrico Petrocelli, Head of International Institutional Relations of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti
(CDP) & Secretary General of the D20 Long-Term Investors Club (D20-LTIC)
Enrico Petrocelli is the Head of International Institutional Relations of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP,
Italy) and the Secretary General of the D20 Long-Term Investors Club (D20-LTIC), the network of
G20 National Development Finance Institutions.
He is also Board Member of the Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI).
In 2024, he chaired the G7 PGII Expert Group on Development Finance for Infrastructure and
Investment, as well as the G7 Coordination Mechanism of Public Development Banks and
Development Finance Institutions under the Italian G7 Presidency.
Before, he served as Member of the Cabinet of the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs &
Security Policy & Vice President of the European Commission, and previously as Head of the Private
Office of the Italian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Head of Staff of the President of the Italian Delegation
to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, Personal Assistant to the Italian Under-Secretary of Home
Affairs.
