Description
Ingvild is Deputy Director General for the Section for Structural Analysis and Quality Assurance in the Norwegian Ministry of Finance. She completed her Master of Science in Economics at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in 2005, before she joined the Ministry of Finance. Ingvild has held different roles within the Budget department and has seen the development of the project governance framework in Norway from different perspectives within the ministry. She is also Chair of the steering committee for the Concept Research Programme at NTNU, which does trailing research on large public investment projects to develop knowledge and expertise on projects in the front-end phase to contribute to better use of resources and greater effects of the investments. The research programme is funded by the Norwegian Ministry of Finance.
