Description
Ahmed Khalid Benomar is an expert in territorial development, investment, public finance and economic reform. As an Advisor to Morocco’s Minister of Economy and Finance, he covers investment, cooperation with the OECD and international partners, and climate issues, including the COPs and the Climate Club. He previously served as Principal Economic Advisor to the Head of Government, where he created and led the government Delivery Unit. Before that, he was Director of Strategy and Planning at the Agency for the Promotion and Development of the North, where he steered territorial development programmes. He holds a PhD from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, an MBA from ESSEC and an Executive Certificate in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School.
