Mr. Bioni is Director and co-founder of Data Privacy Brazil. PhD from the University of São Paulo - USP, and Master from the University of São Paulo - USP. He is also member of the Brazilian Data Protection National Council and the Commission of Jurists, created by the Brazilian Federal Senate, in charge of drafting a draft bill on AI
