BENGT G MÖLLERYD is a senior analyst at the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (PTS). He is representing PTS in an international research project 6G Connected Sky. He is designated chair for the Working Party on Communications Infrastructure and Services Policy at the OECD. He has been guest researcher at Wireless@KTH (Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm) conducting techno economic research. Prior to joining PTS Bengt worked as a financial analyst with a focus on the telecommunication sector at a number of investment banks. He obtained a Ph.D. degree in business administration from Stockholm School of Economics in 1999 with a thesis on Entrepreneurship in Technological Systems – The Development of Mobile Telephony in Sweden.
