Description

Ms. Özlem Taşkın is a Policy Analyst at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), where she works on green finance and the mobilisation of private investment for growth, resilience and development. Her work focuses on aligning development finance with the Paris Agreement and strengthening the role of development finance in scaling up private capital mobilisation. She has co-authored several OECD reports and policy papers informing international discussions on private finance mobilisation, development and climate finance. Before joining the OECD, Özlem worked with development banks, development co-operation providers and research institutions on climate policy, sustainable energy, sustainable investment and financial systems. She holds a Master of Science from Goethe University Frankfurt.
