Description
Michael Alonzi is a Junior Policy Analyst at the Climate Club Secretariat jointly hosted by the OECD and IEA, where he works on industry decarbonisation, supporting the initiative's work on NDCs as well international climate cooperation and partnerships. His expertise spans climate policy, climate finance and international cooperation with prior experience at the Institute for Climate Economics (I4CE) in the Secretariat of the 'Mainstreaming Climate in Financial Institutions" initiative. He holds degrees from Edinburgh University, Heriot-Watt University, and the University of East Anglia where his research focused on climate finance and investment, economics and banking and life sciences.
