Description
Matthieu Bellon is an economist, now working at the IMF and previously at the European Stability Mechanism. He has been working on fiscal issues in countries of all income levels in Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa. He participated in many IMF Article IV and country missions and contributed to a variety of policy publications. His academic research focuses on macroeconomics, public economics, the dynamic responses of economic agents to technology or policy shocks, and climate change adaptation.
