Economist graduated from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo, with master’s degrees in business Intelligence and Big Data, as well as Circular Economy. She has extensive experience in environmental statistics, climate change, strategic planning and public policy formulation. She has worked at both the National Statistics Office and the Ministry of Economy, Planning and Development, serving in technical and coordination roles on environmental issues, citizen security and sustainable development.
