Description
Yuval Laster is the Head of the Finance, Investment and Global Relations Division of the OECD’s Environment Directorate.
He oversees and directs the Environment Directorate’s work on public and private green finance including targeted capacity building and policy support programs in developing and emerging market countries. Yuval holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Harvard and an MSc Environmental Policy and Regulation from LSE. He has extensive experience as a senior public policy maker on issues related to environmental policy.
