Member of the Argentina 1.5 °C group, part of the Master's programme in Climate Change Law and Economics at FLACSO, and technical advisor to the Directorate-General for Climate Action in the city of Rosario, Argentina. Specialised in adaptation, loss and damage, and international climate change negotiations.
