Description
Dr. Roberto de Pinho holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Computational Maths from USP and a Master's degree in Energy Industry Regulation. He works as a Senior Analyst in Science and Technology at the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation - Brazil. His previous experience includes working at the UNESCO Institute for Statistics and serving as the Brazilian delegate to the OECD's NESTI group. He contributed to the Frascati Manual 2015 and has published in partnership with specialists from the OECD, UNESCO, IBGE, and IOC-UNESCO. As a data scientist and specialist in STI policies and indicators, he has developed projects in data mining, bibliometrics, and public policy analysis.
