Description
Bram has almost 20 years of experience working on national accounst and environmental accounts with various organisations in a diverse set of countries. He currently is head of of the national accounts section at the OECD’s Statistics and Data Directorate.
Before joining the OECD Bram worked as senior statistician at the United Nations Statistics Division where he was a key contributor to the development and implementation of ecosystem accounting. Bram has worked in various roles for Statistics Netherlands including as head of industry, energy and construction. Bram holds a Ph.D. in environmental economics from VU University Amsterdam and has published numerous articles on environmental-economic accounting topics.
