Description
Eline Fleur Speklé is policy officer at the Ministry of Climate Policy and Green Growth in the Netherlands, where she focuses on subsidization of large scale renewable energy projects. Her area of specialisation is solar-PV and wind energy, for which she is currently working on designing the new contracts for difference. She is passionate about working to accomplish a just energy- and climate transition. She is a graduate of the University of Edinburgh, where she obtained an LLM in Global Environment and Climate Change Law.
