Description

Dominique Blaquier is a policy analyst at the OECD’s Development Co-operation Directorate. Dominique is working in a number of initiatives aiming to support governments and development banks on policy coherence and mainstreaming biodiversity and the sustainable use of natural resources across development co-operation portfolios.  Dominique’s current work explores how development actors can scale up private action for biodiversity in emerging markets and developing countries by strengthening enabling environments, promoting private sector engagement, and mobilizing private finance. Dominique has extensive experience in analysing international finance, including Official Development Assistance (ODA), and has co-authored several OECD reports covering issues such as access and allocation of international finance in the context of development and environment, capacity development, and South-South and triangular co-operation.
