Description

Josh is an Economist in the Productivity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Division, Directorate for Science, Technology and Innovation (STI), OECD. His work relates to the role of technology diffusion, innovation, and environmental and economic policies in improving firms’ economic and energy performance to achieve the green transition alongside economic growth. His work also covers the state and evolution of competition and its economic implications. Josh holds a DPhil in Economics from the University of Oxford and was the Visiting International Economics PhD Fellow at Dartmouth College. He was a researcher at the Centre for Economic Performance at the London School of Economics.
