Description
Hubertus Gay is acting Head of the Agro-Food Trade and Markets Division at OECD. For the last twelve years he has been coordinating the OECD-FAO Agricultural Outlook, which integrated in recent years information on Food Loss and Waste. Before the OECD, Hubertus worked at the European Commission, the Thünen-Institut and ISTA Mielke GmbH (Oilworld). He studied in Germany, United Kingdom, Netherlands and South Africa, where he obtained his PhD in Agricultural Economics.
