Description

Sandrine Kergroach is senior economist/policy analyst at the OECD Centre for Entrepreneurship, SMEs, Regions and Cities (CFE). She supervises the OECD monitoring on SMEs and entrepreneurship, including the “OECD SME and Entrepreneurship Outlook” and the Data lake on SMEs and Entrepreneurship. She has led work on the “Digital Transformation of SMEs”, “Financing Growth and Turning Data into Business. Helping SMEs scale up”, and “Strengthening FDI-SME Linkages and Ecosystems”. She has recently headed research on SMEs in more sustainable, resilient and circular value chains. Prior to joining CFE, she worked at the OECD Directorate for Science, Technology and Innovation on policy monitoring and foresight. She holds a Doctorate in Economics (TU Berlin), a Master in Corporate Policy and Strategy and a Master in Applied Economics and Statistics (Paris Dauphine-PSL), and a Master in Modern History (Paris Sorbonne).
