Managing Director, Co-Head of Climate Change Asia Pacific
Justin Wu is the Regional Head of Climate Change Asia Pacific at HSBC, where he oversees the development, evolution and implementation of the Group’s climate ambition across the region. He is the senior expert and ambassador for HSBC on climate change in the Asian context, leading on engagement with the bank’s clients, regulators and other stakeholders across the region. Previously, Justin was the Head of Asia-Pacific for BloombergNEF, a research group within Bloomberg LP covering climate change and the energy transition. He is a recognized thought leader on decarbonization and sustainability in Asia, and has worked with governments, finance, energy and technology companies on their business strategies in a net-zero world. He has over 20 years of professional experience building businesses and managing large and diverse teams across the region. Justin holds a MS in Politics from the University of London and a BS in International Politics and Economics from Georgetown University.
