Description
Simon is an economist in the OECD's Climate Adaptation and Resilience team. He holds a PhD in Economics from Mines Paris (Paris) and a Master in Environmental Economics from AgroParisTech (Paris). Before joining the OECD, Simon also carried out consulting missions for the World Bank and was a visiting student at the London School of Economics. He also founded the environmental association Sea Plastics, which organizes oceanographic expeditions to sample and analyse microplastic pollution in seas and rivers, but also to raise awareness about plastic pollution.
