Description
Takayuki Shigematsu has had over 15 years of experience in the government, within the policy space related to themes of air and water pollution, circular economy as well as carbon management. He was most recently the Deputy Director within the Office for Policies against Marine Plastic Pollutions. Currently, he is serving as the Senior Planning Officer to expand the JCM, as well as in area of negotiation and implementation of the Article 6 of the Paris Agreement.
