Description
Dr. Dalia Shilian is the Chief Economist at the Israel Consumer Protection and Fair Trade Authority. Dalia holds a PhD in economics from the University of Haifa, an MA in economics and industrial engineering from the University of Haifa and the Technion, and a BA in psychology and philosophy from the University of Haifa.
Prior to her job at the Authority, Dalia worked as a researcher at the Ministry of Finance, as a lecturer and researcher at several universities and as an adviser to several major Israeli companies regarding behavioral economics.
Dalia focuses her research and professional publications in the area of behavioral economics, consumer behavior and market structure.
