Anna Caroline Müller is a Legal Affairs Officer in the WTO’s Intellectual Property, Government Procurement and Competition Division and first joined the WTO in 2007. Her functions are focused on the administration of the WTO Agreement on Government Procurement and on competition policy, related publications and technical assistance. In particular, she works with transition and developing countries, often in co-operation with other international institutions supporting policy reform. She publishes extensively on topics related to government procurement and competition policy at the international level. She recently completed an Executive Master of Public Administration at the Hertie School in Berlin, holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law and a D.E.A. in international relations and is a fully qualified lawyer admitted to the bar in Germany and to the roll of solicitors in England and Wales. Prior to taking up her current role, she practiced law in the Commercial Litigation & Arbitration section of Clifford Chance's Frankfurt office.
