Marguerita Lane is a labour market economist at the OECD working primarily on AI and the labour market. Her most recent work “ Who will be the workers most affected by AI? examines how different socio-demographic groups experience AI at work. Her policy brief examining gender differences, which inspired this conference session, will be published in early December 2024. She leads survey work on how AI is impact employers and workers and authored 2021’s “Impact of AI on the labour market: what do we know so far?”
