Leader, Customer Insights Team
Leticia Gasca is the leader of the Customer Insights team for Faethm by Pearson in the Americas. In her role, she collaborates with enterprises, governments, and higher education institutions to inform their strategies by predicting how technology will transform skills needs. Gasca holds an MS in Human Capital Analytics and Technology from NYU and has been recognized as one of the "Voices from 2040" by The Economist magazine and as one of the "30 Promises of the Future" by Expansion magazine. She was also selected as an SDG Champion by the World Economic Forum for her work in the areas of education, employability, and digital transformation. As a thought leader, Gasca has authored numerous articles for top-tier media outlets, including Forbes, Entrepreneur, and The Economist. She is also the author of several books, including Change Everything, Surviving Failure, and Launching an Orange Future, which was published in partnership with the Inter-American Development Bank. Prior to her current role, Gasca founded The Failure Institute, a think tank focused on studying and improving the cultures of failure and adaptability in the workplace.
