Policy Analyst


Chloé Touzet is a policy analyst at the OECD’s Directorate for Employment, Labour, and Social Affairs. She has over 7 years of experience working on social and employment policy issues in academic and policy advising environments. At the OECD, Chloé has worked on issues spanning job quality, the role of collective bargaining, working time policy, teleworking, and the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in the Future of Work. She is currently leading the OECD research project looking at the challenges and opportunities of using AI to facilitate access to the labour market for people with disabilities.
