Guillaume Egger has been working at Pôle emploi since 2007. As a project manager, he took part in several transformation programs. In 2015 Pôle emploi started its way to scaling agility at the organizational level. As an Agile Coach he supported and trained Business roles in order to adopt agile philosophy and practices. In 2020 he became a Release Engineer in the AI Factory where he is facilitating events and processes in order to deliver value to the end users. In charge of the portfolio backlog, he is animating the governance of the AI use cases. (Certified by the Project Management Institute and by Scaled Agile Framework, he is teaching project management at Paris Cité University)
