Quality Manager AMS Vienna
• Responsible for quality management (QM) processes for the Vienna regional organization
• Leading cross-departmental design, implementation, and coordination of QM activities
• Key focus areas: EFQM training programs for executives, assessments and national awards, cross-regional QM partnerships
• Member of the QM core team at AMS Austria Federal Office
Strategic Project Management
• Leading strategic and innovative projects
• Supporting the regional management in collaborations with external organizations and overseeing external projects (City of Vienna, WAFF, ministries, social partnerships, etc.)
