Biography
Javier Hernández Díez is a computer engineer and a member of the Superior Corps of ICT of the Spanish State Administration. Having worked for more than 15 years as a civil servant, Javier serves nowadays as Deputy Director General for the Promotion and Innovation of Digital Services at the Ministry of the Presidency,Justice and Relations with Parliament of Spain. In this position, he oversees the digital transformation of Justiceservices in Spain; matters such as data governance, user experience and interoperability, among many others. He is also responsible for the Administrative Registries in Support of Judicial Activity. He has previously held various positions, such as Deputy Director General for ICT at the Ministry of the Presidency, and head of horizontal ICT projects of the State Administration.
