Biography

Policy Specialist on Rule of Law, based at the UNDP Regional Hub in Panama. I lead the expansion of the Global Programme on Rule of Law and Human Rights ´s footprint in Latin America and the Caribbean by connecting, supporting, and leveraging innovative solutions from Country Offices across the region. I combine my expertise in public management, academic background, and national-level experience to strengthen both national and multi-country initiatives. With over 20 years of field experience, I specialize in rule of law, gender, and innovation. I have extensive experience in designing and securing funding for programmes and public policies related to human rights, people-centred security, and inclusive justice in fragile contexts.
