Biography

Teresa van der Lubbe-Neervoort MSc is a senior policy advisor at the Dutch Ministry of Justice and Security, where she coordinates the Access to Justice programme within the Directorate for the Legal System. She plays a key role in shaping national and international strategies to improve access to justice, working closely with European and global partners. Her responsibilities include leading a multi-country project, drafting policy documents—particularly those related to the judiciary—and contributing to international dialogue through platforms such as the OECD and the Council of Europe. Previously, she served as Rule of Law Coordinator and senior advisor in the JHA team at the Directorate for European and International Affairs. Teresa holds a Master’s in International Relations and a Bachelor’s in Public Administration from Leiden University.
