Biography
An attorney and Specialist in Administrative Law from Santiago de Cali University,
holding a Master's degree in Constitutional Law from Libre University, he
possesses over 24 years of experience in the public sector. Throughout his
professional career, he has held, among others, the following positions: Auditor
General of the Republic, National Director of Public Defense at the Ombudsman's
Office, Departmental Comptroller of Valle del Cauca, and Deputy of the
Department of Valle del Cauca. Beyond his extensive career in the public sector,
his professional trajectory is further distinguished by nearly 20 years of experience
as a professor in the law faculties of prestigious higher education institutions, such
as the Pontifical Javeriana University of Cali, San Buenaventura University, and
Santiago de Cali University
