Biography
Óscar Palomo is a civil servant working for the digital transformation of justice at the Directorate-General for Digital Transformation of the Spanish’ Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Parliamentary Relations. He coordinates several digitalisation initiatives and projects both at national and European level. Also, he chairs the e-CODEX Advisory Group of the European Union Agency for the Operational Management of Large-Scale IT Systems in the areas of freedom, security, and justice (eu-LISA) and participates in various committees and working groups at the European Commission and the Council of the European Union.
