Description
Neil Freebury is the Head of Intelligence for the UK's Insolvency Service. His forty year career in Law enforcement, has been spent combatting serious and organised crime. As a Customs Officer he worked in border enforcement, anti-drug trafficking and major VAT fraud. From 2000 onwards he has specialised in anti-money laundering and asset recovery, writing and delivering the OECD's first Anti-Money laundering programme in Ostia in 2018.
