Mónica Lydia Benito is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience and background at the Agencia de Recaudación y Control Aduanero (ARCA). She is currently Head of the Digital Economy Division and was previously Head of Department. She is a National Public Accountant from the University of Buenos Aires with a specialisation in Commercial Companies. She completed her specialisation with training in cryptoasset information, Criminal investigations in the Fintech ecosystem and in the use of cryptoassets, Cryptoassets and cybercrime investigation - Chainalysis Nodes Argentina and Open Banking. She has been a speaker at numerous training conferences.
