Description

Alberto Vinícius Cartaxo Da Cunha is a prosecutor at the Paraíba State Public Prosecutor's Office and has been a member of the Paraíba State Prosecutor's Office for 12 years. He currently serves in the Special Action Group against Organised Crime (GAECO) and in the Knowledge Management Centre (NGC). Bachelor of Laws; postgraduate specialisation (lato sensu) in Law; special student of the Master's Programme in Information Sciences. He has specialised in information technologies, with emphasis on data science and artificial intelligence. Among other positions, he was a member of the Artificial Intelligence Committee of the National Council of Justice, member of the Working Group on Chain of Custody and the Working Group on the Use of Generative Artificial Intelligence of the National Council of Attorneys General. He has given numerous courses and trainings for investigators and prosecutors, including ‘Data acquisition and indexing in investigations’, ‘Generative artificial intelligence in prosecution activities’, ‘New technologies in the role of the prosecution’, ‘Generative artificial intelligence, process automation and machine learning in criminal investigation’, ‘Deepening specialised criminal fields: AI and organised and emerging criminal threats’ and ‘Artificial intelligence in practice’.
