Description

Maëlle Guillou is Project Manager at REScoop.eu, the European Federation of Citizen Energy Communities, where she leads initiatives to support citizen-led energy projects across Europe. With over ten years of experience in community energy, European cooperation, and project development, she works on European projects, capacity building, stakeholder engagement, and developing supportive frameworks for citizen-driven renewable energy initiatives. Previously, Maëlle worked at Enercoop, the French cooperative electricity supplier, where she managed European cooperation, led research on community energy, and represented the organization on the boards of REScoop.eu and MECISE. She also coordinated the Access to Land Network and advises on European funding and project development for cooperatives and non-profit organizations. Maëlle holds a Master’s degree in Environment, Science & Society from University College London and a Master in Public Affairs from Sciences Po Paris.
