Description
John Di Rito is a Senior Technical Specialist at the Training and Learning Section, Criminal Investigations Directorate, Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). In this role, he co-facilitates the delivery of several training courses at the introductory and advanced levels.
John started his career with the CRA in 1991, and he has extensive experience in establishing theory of proof, conducting investigative interviews and weighing evidence to determine whether a recommendation for prosecution is warranted; as well as extensive experience in providing technical reviews and advice on investigative issues and legal documents such as judicial authorizations.
