Description
John has worked with Uganda Revenue Authority, Tax Investigations Department since 2016. His major role is in application of scientific approaches in Tax Administration, specifically, use of applied science in tax audits and investigations of manufacturing sector and analytical science to determine identity or material composition of goods. John has developed content and facilitated at tax programs for ATAF and OECD. He developed a training manual for the manufacturing module under the ATAF Specialized Tax Investigations program.
