Description
Carol Martinoli is instructor and responsible for the coordination, on behalf of the Federal Administration of Public Revenue (AFIP), of the OECD Latin America Academy. Carol is Executive Director of the Research Institute in Social Security Resources, Tax and Customs Matters in AFIP. She is, within the Task Force on Tax Crimes and Other Crimes, delegate for AFIP Argentina (since 2015), vice-president of the Bureau (since 2021) and leader of the Capacity Building Advisory Group
