Advisor on Tax and Crime at the OECD, responsible for leading the work plan of the Task Force on Tax Crimes and Other Crimes (TFTC) and the OECD Academy for Tax and Financial Crime Investigation. Former criminal investigator with the Public Prosecutor's Office in Buenos Aires, Argentina (in particular the Complex Investigations Unit), and adviser to the Minister of Justice and Public Security. Lawyer (Universidad de Buenos Aires) and MSc. in Criminology and Criminal Justice (The University of Edinburgh).
