Description
Currently a Prosecutor of the Economic Crimes Unit of the 2nd. Circumscription of the Public Ministry of the Prosecution of the Province of Santa Fe, Argentina and is a Regular Adjunct Professor for Criminal Law Competition II (Special Part) at the Faculty of Law of the National University of Rosario. He has been coordinator of the training area and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Comparative Studies in Criminal and Social Sciences INECIP, where he has served as Director, Deputy Director and Academic Coordinator of the Córdoba Campus. He is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Center for Investigation and Prevention of Economic Crime CIPCE. He is a Trainer for Criminal Procedure Reform in Latin America at the Justice Studies Center of the Americas (CEJA – OEA). He has been an undergraduate teacher at the National University of La Rioja, at the National University of Córdoba, Argentina and at the University of the Latin American Educational Center in the City of Rosario, Argentina. Sebastián is also a postgraduate professor on issues related to the Criminal Justice System and Adversarial Oral Litigation at multiple Argentine Universities.
