Ms. Olivia Okello is an Assistant Manager, Intelligence and Strategic Operations Department, Kenya Revenue Authority where her mandate includes providing actionable tactical, operational and strategic intelligence to support revenue departments in enhancing revenue collection, minimization of revenue risks and tax fraud as well as enforcement of all tax laws and regulations. She is a trained Customs and Income Tax Administration Officer, having undertaken a Graduate Trainee Course with the Kenya School of Revenue Administration. Ms Okello holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management from University of Nairobi and Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology from Kenyatta University. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner (Open Thinking Academy, Malaysia) and a Certified Public Accountant (K). She possesses a wealth of experience in Taxation – Customs Procedures, Income Tax Laws and Administration, Financial Fraud and Tax Investigations at the Kenya Revenue Authority.
